One-On-One Learning Activities

Public Schools have large classes but kids learn best one on one. There are simple things you can do at home to make sure they are ready to learn in a large group setting. I will share some habits, some conversation starters and some games that my kids and students loved that helped them be ready for school.

Kids & Credentials

I'm Miriam Brown, and these are the kids I'm raising. I gave birth to Jackson, Evelynn, and Quincy and my bonus kids are my nephew Yogi and my niece Stella. In addition to my teaching certificate, I have a bachelor's degree in psychology and a Master’s in Curriculum and instruction. I spent a decade as a public school teacher and twenty two years as a mom.
